PFML Employer Requirements

What Employers Must Do:

  • Display PFML poster in workplace by December 1, 2025
  • Notify all employees of PFML rights
  • Withhold 0.38% from employee wages
  • Contribute 0.5% of wages (employer portion)
  • Submit quarterly wage reports
  • Continue health insurance during leave
  • Restore employee to same/equivalent position
