PFML Employer Requirements
What Employers Must Do:
- Display PFML poster in workplace by December 1, 2025
- Notify all employees of PFML rights
- Withhold 0.38% from employee wages
- Contribute 0.5% of wages (employer portion)
- Submit quarterly wage reports
- Continue health insurance during leave
- Restore employee to same/equivalent position
